  • The Mobile Design service is dedicated to property owners with some experience and enthusiasm who want to develop their projects independently.

    This is the right service for you if you are:

    • Open to advice and direction from an expert.

    • Prepared to follow the statutory requirements for construction projects in the UK.

    • Curious and creative to develop your vision.

    • Have some experience with construction work, and it's eager to learn more.

  • Yes, you can.

    Of course, it would be better if I were on board from the beginning of the project.

    However, I can offer you ad-hoc support for the areas of the project where you feel out of your depth.

  • This service cannot cover the role of Principal Designer currently introduced in the UK.

    This is due to legal reasons, which I am happy to explain in a chat.

    Other than that, I can be as flexible as you need.

    Depending on your engagement and experience, I can support you only when you require me to do that.

    You can add services as we go along, which will be charged additionally. Let me know, and I'll put together a custom proposal for you.

  • You are free to add on design and development elements as needed at an extra cost. For example, you may choose to add on:

    • Photorealistic visuals for your development

    • Complete Technical Package and ready for tender.

    • Interior Design, including procurement of finishes and fittings.

    • Bespoke joinery drawings.

    Let me know if you know ahead of time, and I’ll include the extra item(s) in a custom proposal.

  • That depends entirely on you :)

    I can help you create a schedule for the required work, but as the project management is with you, I can't responsibly answer this question.

  • The Mobile Design Service is offered as a package of 10 hours at the range of £120 p.hr, paid in advance.
